Our Story
In 1995, Olivier Höfer started out in his father's family business – in a garage in Saarbrücken. From these humble beginnings, he developed Höfer Chemie GmbH into a manufacturer and e-commerce company for chemical products – with 70 employees and over 11,000 m² of production and logistics space.
February 2026 marks a new chapter: with OYSI GmbH, Olivier Höfer combines all his expertise from 30 years in the chemical industry. The focus is on strategic B2B chemical trading with proprietary digital infrastructure and documented compliance processes.

The Name OYSI
OYSI is more than a company name – it's the initials of my family. They are the reason I give my best every day. For me, entrepreneurship is not just about business, but about responsibility to the people who matter most to me.
